Very unprofessional! They send you stereos that are cheaper than the one you purchased. And then use every excuse to not fix the issue. I bought a $230.00 sound stream stereo and was sent a sound acoustik stereo that cost between $70 to $80

Seller contacted me within 1 hour of placing my order to verify that I had the correct vehicle information for the product I ordered. The wrong radio receiver was shipped, but the seller did make the exchange with no problems.

I loved that they wanted to confirm the purchase before sending out the product to make sure everything was indeed correct! Thank you.

They are all about getting your money. They don't want you to be able to return even when their product is not, nor has it ever, worked!

Order was easy through Walmart.com . Product came in a timely manner well packaged to prevent damage. Very satisfied with this vendor and will use in future purchases

I received the wrong item. Product number was completely different. When I contacted seller after receiving wrong item, he said product advertised is no longer available. I was never notified nor given the opportunity to cancel my order prior to being sent the wrong item. Also, the product photo and product description were false in regards to the GPS navigation being part of this stereo. The third party seller has since changed the description info about this item on Walmart’s website, but I took screenshots of the product description at the time I purchased it to show it had a completely different description about this product having GPS navigation. Very unhappy that the seller did not deliver the product advertised. And when I returned the product I was charged $52.50 for restocking fee even though none of this was my fault. Seller responded that I installed the stereo, therefore it could not be returned as new for a full refund. I never had the stereo installed. I opened the box to verify it was indeed the wrong item, noticed it had no GPS navigation in the stereo, then boxed it back up to contact seller. Seller claims wires were twisted on the ends and he would not give me a full refund. I can’t prove otherwise concerning the wires since seller now possesses the stereo and I did not take photos of the wires. I only have photos of the stereo boxed up still in plastic. So he gets to keep my $52.50 of my refund when he was the one who did everything wrong with this transaction. I would give zero stars if it were an option. Horrible customer service. Owner is Gordan Daniels. He used foul language with me on the phone, then tried to talk his way out of it in a text message. Be wary. He will keep your money any way he can.
