Luvane Store

Received my phone holder sooner than expected. very appreciated.

Product was as advertised, very good price and arrived before expected date.

Product was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition.

Item accuracy was good, but shipping time was totally incorrect, slow (over 2 weeks) and "delayed," with no updates, and when delivered to a different place than Walmart app %26 photo showed (which was an old photo of a completely different order), Seller was rude and dismissive. Yes, I eventually found that USPS put them in my mailbox, instead of at my door as described. My low rating is for ridiculously slow (and inaccurate estimate/promise date) shipping, no communication during "delay," and Seller poor attitude at my upset over misplaced delivery. They can do better.

Product said delivered but must went to wrong address cause I never received it and lost money cause never got my refund either
