Poor quality item and shipped with no protection -- just 8 loose pieces of filter that you have to figure out how to put in the humidifier to fill the filtering slot decently -- 2 pieces each time. They seem to work OK, but I'm not thrilled.

My purchase was supposed to contain 190 beads. When I received it, the package had a tear in it and all the beads except for about 70 had fallen out. I contacted Walmart 3 times and they forwarded my complaint to Fangyy each time but I have never received a response and never got my money back. I liked the item so not reviewing the item, it’s the service of the company I’m reviewing.
