This is the second email I send. I’m notifying you that the bicycle is not finished due to missing part and brake wire is broken. It seems that when they put it in the box the manufacturer bend and and force the brake wire that caused it to break. If I don’t hear a respond I will take it to Walmart because I am not going to pay for something that can not be used.

This bike broke within a week of use. The gears stopped working and we had issues with assembly overall but then the seat broke completely off and my granddaughter was hurt falling off. I sent the seller pictures and asked for help or a fix several times and can get zero response.
