According to my experience, this seller is extremely unprofessional and I do NOT suggest buying from them. My order was delivered to the wrong address, and Walmart confirmed it on their system and asked the seller to contact me and propose a solution. When the seller contacted me, instead of presenting a solution right away, they placed the burden on me by requesting me to contact a delivery office or dealer to issue a certificate, and only after I send that certificate to them would they continue to deal with the problem. Obviously, this request is very unreasonable, especially considering that it was THEIR mistake. I called Walmart, told them about this email exchange, and Walmart issued a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.

For the problem you encountered, because we found that the order was indeed delivered, but the response was not received, we considered that it was caused by the error of the cooperating delivery company. So at that time we needed you to help us apply for a certificate of non-signed, so that we can be sure that they lost the package and ask them to pay compensation. We provided additional solutions later, but it was too late, our communication ended in unhappiness. We are sorry that this complicated process has caused you trouble, and thank you for making us aware that there are still defects in the service that need to be improved. We will improve our service level in the future, and if we have the opportunity to serve you again, we will do it in a better way.
