No help when responding to my inquiry vendor just sent me back to the instructions that did not answer the questions I had. Website indicated ear tips would be sent (S,M,L) that may have helped with earbuds continuing to fall out - never received those. Without that kind of service I can see why these earbuds were on clearance.

As advertised; Pleased with purchase. Well packaged; arrived intact. Arrived promptly.

Very good quality earbuds, Base is awesome for the price will buy again. 👍

selling uses deceptive online sales tactics to promote selling one item, then sending you something completely different.

They came from China, but the shipping was quick, with no problems. very happy with this purchase.

i only got one ear bud in case and they only last an hour if that on single charge ive had several of these ear buds Not gotten from yall that single charge i could use for 6 to 8 hours on single charge thats why i got them but they aint nothing like the ones i had b4 an there was absolutely no way for me to change the size to fit my ears there werent any

Unacceptable. This is not like the original picture. These are hopeless and non-refundable? Convenient. Also a change from the original listing. Recommend? No. Run as far and as fast as you can from this seller.

For 2.50 it what you get what you pay for that's all

Outstanding customer service! The representative went above and beyond to help me, answered all my questions with kindness, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to feel this well taken care of—thank you!
