Beware! Do NOT purchase anything from this seller! Their policy says they take returns within 30 days but when i tried returning the item they said they would not take it back because because it had been 30 days since it shipped, even though it had not been 30 days since I received the item. Also, quality of item was terrible, which is why I wanted to return in the first place.

The customer service of this seller is deplorable. They refuse to refund us for a severely damaged item and have been nothing but rude in their communication.

SELLER SHIPS WOOL HAT IN A PLASTIC BAG....IT ARRIVES DAMAGED AND UNWEARABLE. REPLY'S TO YOUR EMAIL WITH "I don't have boxes" like she cant purchase the boxes for hat's like she did plastic bags. Just being cheap. Then provides you with a bogus return form for FedEx pickup that never get put in the system and no way to track so your not only out of the unusable product NOR do you get your refund. If it was possible to give -100 stars I would.
