I ordered queen size headboard in black recieved a king size headboard in blue

Bench was well packaged and arrived on schedule. No issues! Package tracking was available all along the way. I did receive one notification that the package was delayed. I am not sure why it was delayed but I still received the package on time. I appreciate the open communication and am very happy with the bench. I would buy from this seller again.

Great product!! Shipping was fast and item came without damage!

LOVED THE CHAIR ITSELF . . . the chair was stained , didn’t have any legs , tools or instructions. Maybe they sent a used one.

Delivery was fine. the chair was properly packaged. we feel the tools supplied wete not adequate for reaching up into the bottom to attach the back. we purchased an extender for the allen wrench. we are considering a furniture glew too.

Seller responded quickly and appropriately (sent another item) to a problem with a part for the item. Great and prompt communications.

Hopefully this was only happen to me, but my package got delivered late by one or two days going to a different part of the city. Don’t know if it was FedEx issue or the seller could not talk to anybody.

The directions were clear and it was very easy to assemble. I am very pleased with the appearance. Very elegant and it looks like I paid a lot more for it than I did! It is sort of small so it doesn't hold a lot of items. However, I just planned on put our extra blanket in it for those cold winter nights. The fabric color is very pretty and the tufted top looks expensive. Overall, I got exactly what I wanted with this purchase.

Shipped within couple of days and arrived in a good package. Great product!
