Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I ordered a backpack that was delivered to the wrong address, prompting me needing to contact their customer support. First, they barely responded within the timeframe they were supposed to (48 hours; I was granting them the benefit of the doubt originally that it was just a busy time. Further events changed that opinion). Second, it took them day(s) to respond to emails containing simple information they requested. Then, when I asked for a refund, they said I needed to provide evidence that I never received my package, even though they provided me with the evidence that it was delivered to the wrong address. When I requested a refund, they responded promptly for the first time in my whole exchange with them (within minutes) to deny my request, saying I didn't qualify for one. They then sent me more evidence that I never received the package, all while saying they couldn't help me unless I proved I never received it. I responded saying as much, and they proceeded to never reply to my message. On top of all this, they were extremely rude and condescending in almost all their replies to me. TLDR: I purchased a product, never received it, and was disrespected when daring to request a refund. Luckily, Walmart customer service was able to solve my issue, but the poor service I received from Kaukko should be noted. My issue was simple, and they chose to make it hard. It took Walmart five minutes whereas I communicated with Kaukko for weeks with no resolution.
