Very difficult to deal with. This is my second chair. The delivery was a disaster. I waited extra time for White glove delivery because the chair needed to be taken to the second floor and unboxed to fit through the door. I called Massa Max and they played the blame game. Long story short, I'm a 67 year old broad and had to unbox the chair and roll it into my bedroom.
