I ordered two belts from First Manufacturing Company through Walmart. While it is a very good product, I only received one belt. When Walmart and I contacted them to find out where the other one was, they did not reply. Knowing what I know now, I would never buy anything from this company ever again.

reply from First Manufacturing Co Inc.

Hello PhantomCruiser! We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it can be to receive an incomplete order. While we’re glad to hear you were satisfied with the quality of the belt you received, we regret the inconvenience caused by the missing item and the lack of communication you experienced. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Please reach out to us through Walmart’s messaging system so we can review this matter and help resolve it. We appreciate your feedback.
