No hardware provided for hanging the frame. Otherwise, very nice Do you make half sizes? eg, 15 1/2 x 25 1/2 inches? (custom sizes) Overall the frame is very nice, lovely!! Thank you, Richard

I took this picture from a Christmas card, had it made into a puzzle and then framed it for my puzzle room. The frame is more of a dark wine color, rather than Red - But I can make it work, since it is in cartoon genre. It will work well in the Puzzle room. So I am reasonably happy.

Very happy with the frame and quality. However, the photo online looked like a bright red and the frame itself is actually burgundy. I'm happy enough with the burgundy, though it doesn't provide the visual pop I wanted. It's also hard to navigate the site, particularly when working with a custom size. Criterion in frame description often reset and then provide an error that a custom size isn't an option.

The frame was in great condition upon arrival, and i received it within 2 weeks of ordering. However, the color pictured (fire engine red) is much brighter than the color in person, which is more of a dark red. It's still better than anything else I found online!

I bought three frames thinking they would come as the color indicated in the picture on the website. The frames are actually a burgundy color and not the bright red the website indicates. Also, one arrived with this glass completely shattered. There is no way the delivery driver would not have known that. When I picked it up I could immediately hear the glass shoveling around. I contacted the company and requested a new glass.

The frame was true to size and the color was correct but it arrived with several scratches and dents that aren't removable. Pretty disappointed at how shoddy it looks.

I like the color and size. The frame did have a divot in its surface. I believe I ordered the frame with the metal sawtooth hanging brackets. They were not in the box and had to purchase others and nailing them in was quite a headache.

I had great experiences buying the larger, custom made frames from here and thought the smaller frames would have the same level of quality. There were chips on ends of the paint, uneven paint distribution. The wood quality of the frames is still superior but to me not worth it.
