I purchased this for my 6 yr old that wears a size 8. The dress IS longer than her size 4-6 dress that resembles this dress, HOWEVER, when I opened it it seemed small. Then I remembered that most of the dresses that are made in China and orderd from Walmart online are sold in sizes relating to the country of manufacture so oi held it up to her sz 4-6 dress and the shoulders were at least 2 inches narrower. She's six. This would be for a very small framed tall child. I gave it 2 stars because it was beautiful.
