I have been wanting one of these for so long, and i finally got the chance to get one! The chair is relatively easy to assemble, though you may need some assistance once it's time to put the seat onto the base so it won't roll away! Placing the order was a breeze, but had some trouble accessing My Rewards account and being able to place my order under my account, so I'm not getting points for the purchase. Disappointed about that, but thrilled with the chair!

Very comfortable desk chair. Easy for me to put together. Have patients. Would buy again if needed. Good price at time of purchase. Wait for a sale if you can. Had a faux leather desk chair that was shredding off. Have been looking and waiting for a desk chair . Read reviews!

We bought this one about 7 years ago and the base was metal (this one is very hard plastic), BUT the wheels that come with this one are much better than year ago, so are quite a few features with the arm rests, and the height and back adjustments. There is less foam and less places for dust to hang out. It swivels and wheels quite nicely and so far has been holding up to our abuse like before. :)

This chair worked out well for our home office. It is very comfortable and was reasonably priced. We've had it for months now and are very satisfied with the purchase.

I haven't had the chair long enough to give an honest overall review because I consider longevity important as well but so far the chair is okay. I have all sorts of joint problems. I work from home and I'm in that chair at least 12 hrs a day , ( with breaks that is). I have one hip replaced and two knee replacements and my back is almost hopeless. so far this chair is serving me well. I did get rid of my administrative chair that I have only had for maybe three years. I past it on and replaced it with this chair. so far I have no regrets.

This chair is still new to me, but so far, it's pretty good. It was a debate between this chair and the Hyken Pro. I prefer the seat/cushion of the Hyken Pro, but this one sits up straighter. I prefer a non-mesh seat because I'm in my home office and often wear shorts in the hot summer. So I either have to put a piece of cloth between me and the seat or use a cushion, and the cushion means I need to lower the seat to fit my legs under the desk. I do like the back support. I hope it lasts.

Good chair for the price. Comfortable- good height adjustment and easy enough to put together. The mesh seat could be a bit more supportive- I am not sure if someone above 70kg would find it supportive enough. Can't comment on how long it'll last with daily use but comfortable to sit in for hours on end

Chair is solid and comfy. Helps back strain for sitting much of the day. Generally easy to assemble, although head rest is a bit tricky but with a bit of patience can be easily secured.

Good chair. It's comfortable. I didn't find the built in lumbar support to be effective. I bought a separate lumbar support pillow and the combination is perfect.

First of all I sat in this chair inside Staples and it was perfect; they delivered it and it's extremely difficult to put together, the directions are useless; the lever that raises and lowers the chair is so far behind you that you have to turn around to use it while sitting in the chair instead of it being upfront, the lumbar support doesn't move at all, it's just a stationary lumbar lump. It is not comfortable and I am giving it away, get that, giving it away!
