During the Promotional Period (September 8th 2026 to January 31st 2027), Walmart is making available a promotional code that can be redeemed for one (1) free prescription delivery for Walmart pharmacy patients who use prescription delivery for the first time. When applied by a non-Walmart+ member, the promotional code offers free standard prescription delivery. When applied by a Walmart+ member, the promotional code offers free express prescription delivery*. Promotional code can only be redeemed on prescriptions eligible for delivery. Promotional code expires at 11:59 p.m. CT on January 31st 2027. Patients must satisfy all eligibility requirements at the time of redemption.

Eligibility. Open to Walmart pharmacy patients using prescription delivery for the first time; patients who have previously used Walmart pharmacy prescription delivery at any time are ineligible. Subject to Walmart’s standard delivery terms and exclusions. Requires execution of an Authorization. To qualify for free express prescription delivery*, Walmart+ membership must be active at the time of purchase. Limit one (1) redemption per Walmart digital account (not per user of the digital account). Nontransferable; no cash value; may not be sold, auctioned, or transferred. Must be 18+.

Redemption. An eligible patient may enter the promotional code at checkout on their first eligible Walmart pharmacy prescription delivery order placed during the Promotional Period. Non-Walmart+ members must redeem on a standard prescription delivery; Walmart+ members must redeem on an express prescription delivery*. Promotional code must be applied at the time the qualifying order is placed and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.

Limitations. While supplies last. Single use; cannot be combined with other offers. Offer not available in Arkansas or New Jersey. Void where prohibited. This offer waives delivery fees only; it does not reduce prescription prices and will not be billed to any health insurance or government healthcare program. Orders that include alcohol are not eligible for the promotional code. Additional items may be excluded at Walmart’s discretion.

Cancellations. If a delivery order is cancelled after the promotional code is applied, the promotional code will be treated as used and will not be reissued or reactivated for any subsequent order.

Walmart may, in its discretion, amend, suspend, terminate, or cancel this offer at any time without notice for any reason, including for fraud, abuse, technical issues, or violation of these terms. Walmart’s dispute determination is final. Walmart reserves the right to verify first-time delivery status and to void any redemption that does not meet the eligibility requirements, including duplicate redemptions, redemptions by ineligible patients, and codes obtained or used through unauthorized resale or automated means.
