I am very happy with this air fryer. I have owned the Farberware 3.2 quart version of this air fryer for 3 years and it is still going strong. I liked everything about the smaller one except its size. With 5 people at our house, using the small air fryer meant cooking in batches. I decided to upgrade to a larger air fryer, and spent literally weeks shopping for one online. I became so frustrated I almost gave up. Most descriptions and reviews don't give size details, so I am doing it for you - hopefully this will make your search easier. I am including photos of the 3.2 quart and this 5.3 quart air fryer side by side for comparison. The 5.3 is larger, but still fits easily under my cabinets. Another photo compares the baskets: the 3.2 quart basket is about 8 inches in diameter while the 5.3 quart basket is about 10 inches in diameter. Many of the other air fryers I looked at had "larger" baskets that were deeper but not much, if any, larger in diameter. This larger basket is a bit "square" with rounded corners which will be useful when cooking larger items. The digital controls are easy to use and this larger version seems to cook just as well as my older, smaller one. The best part is the price - $60 for this large air fryer. It really is well made and as I said, I've owned the Farberware 3.2 quart for 3 years with frequent use (3 - 5 times per week) and it is still in great condition.
