I usually buy these from a restaurant supply store so I was excited to see it on WM. Hit this briefly with a sharpener before each use, throw it in the dishwasher, and in a few years just buy a new one. So much easier than caring for expensive hand-wash knives meant to last a lifetime.

8" BLADE kitchen knife

Well I ordered this knife thinking it was 8" overall when it was 8" just the blade. I considered returning it but decided a decent kitchen knife is good to have. It was sharp when received and the only thing I don't really like is the slick plastic handle.
