Great For Price!

I bought this back in March and it continues to do a great job! You can seen the belts for the brushes, which is nice for seeing it turning and checking the belt. It is kinda noisy, but that's not a big issue to me. It's pretty light compared to older vacuums I've used. The filters have caught a LOT of fine dust and dirt particles that an older vacuum wouldn't have caught. It's also great at picking up cat hair! You visibly see a difference in where you've vacuumed. I used it on my apartment's floor that I vacuumed every week. It picked up so kuch it took two runs to clean everything because of how full it got! Now I'm able to vacuum it all in one go, and my floor is fluffy! My only complaint is the pet hair brush. It relies on suction to turn it, and it can get clogged easily. It also gets stuck on the carpet and keeps it feom turning. But cleaning it out periodically helps! The lettering on the front was smudged due to the Styrofoam, but it only cosmetic and doesn't affect the product. I love this vacuum, and definitely recommend it.

it's an amazing vacuum just don't expect any help from Hoover. they want to charge for anything they tell you and they don't provide any information for free. Alexa diagram of parts and disassembly but I was fortunate enough to find a YouTube tutorial on how to take apart and evaluate what's wrong with you r vacuum
