Excellent Value! My daughter has had this bike for 3 years now at college...not a single problem. It was purchased in-store fully assembled. Just bought my wife the same bike adding a rack to the back. She loves it, although the trigger shifting has taken some time to get used to. Took advantage of free delivery and it arrived quickly. Easy to assemble, although the tools are not included. You will need 2.5 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm Allen wrenches; Phillips screw driver; adjustable wrench or 9 mm, 10 mm, 14 mm, and 15 mm box wrenches; and, pliers that can cut.

I purchased this bike several months ago, wanting to get some actual use in before writing a review. I'm in my early 40s a little over weight and bought this bike to exercise and leisure bike rides; not for commuting to work. I'm 5'8 and the height of the bike is perfect for me, with my feet firmly and comfortably on the pedals. I find that switching gears is smooth, and the tires make it a nice ride whether on the sidewalk, streets, concrete or dirt bike trails. I would recommend purchasing a different seat, or a seat covering, that has a bigger area and more cushioning for you bottom end. Changing the height of the seat or replacing the seat altogether was not difficult at all for and it comes with an Allen wrench with the bikes manual
