Blackstone Range Top Combo - 28" Griddle with Bonus Fryer

My husband and I purchased this item on 05/23/2020 and it was one of our best purchases ever! It was packaged very well, took more time to unpack the box than to put it together. Assembly was very quick and easy! Very well constructed! The amount of room to cook food is amazing! Don’t have flare ups like a regular grill has. Food cooks evenly. You get your own restaurant experiences and tastes made in your own backyard. The two side shelves that you can set things on DO get very hot, so i use a seperate table to set my cooking utinsels and seasonings on. Husband wished there was a larger griddle that came with a hinged lid instead of a removable lid. The hinged lid works great for us. Did not see anywhere on how to clean and maintain griddle, but searched online and found great cleaning/maintaining tips! Best part is non messy/easy clean up.... Found out many of my friends have already purchased a Blacksone and they all love them! This is our go to for almost all of our cooking. We will NEVER go back to a regular grill ever again!! If your even thinking about one of these griddles, do yourself a favor and JUST DO IT! You wont regret it!
