This item is great and would recommend. I gave four stars only because even though we did the correct set up I had trouble getting the fax to send and had to call tach support and after several attempts we finally got it to transmit. But the Rea I live the WiFi and phone reception can be not so good. Otherwise the scanner and printer was good right away but I really needed the fax to work. I thought perhaps something was wrong with my unit but it just needed a little more help to get going on the fax. Price you can’t beat it for everything it can do. Very affordable especially in these times.

I’m giving this 5 stars so far as this has been the easiest order to use in a very long time. And I have purchased many. I don’t believe I have purchased a Canon. I have purchased many other brands in this price range and upwards. I have had laser printers. I have been aggravated with other printers having complicated mobile apps and issues with internet connections, and lacking when it comes to help needed when issues arise. I have had this now for a few months. And it’s need nice not needing to look up help, not needing to look error codes- because it has been problem-free. Ink doesn’t cost a fortune and I haven’t had to replace ink yet and I’ve printed quite a bit on the ink that was included. I will update if I run into issues. So far thanks Canon for a nice printer!
