What I wanted!
I've been smoking meat for years now. I wanted to get a flat top just for ease of cooking outside, but having both on my patio seemed a bit much. Well, my smoker died and I started looking. Was very excited to see a vertical smoker with a flat top. Both work really well. I haven't given the smoker the brisket test yet. That's the true test. I have done pork butts and then shredded one and thru it on the flat top for tacos. Worked perfectly. I seem to be cooking everything on that flat top. Did have rub marks on the smoker door, down to metal. Other than that it had no other issues. Assembly was straight forward. Lock the wheels closest to the ground before lifting it up. My 2 cents.

Probably my favorite outdoor kitchen piece. I use the griddle top for about 3 family dinners a week. The pellet smoke works wonderfully tends to be about 25 degrees hotter than the set point but other than that it is great for entertaining and family meals

It's a little bit of a chore to put together and takes 2 people to stand it up and do a couple things. There were a couple minor scratches in the paint. But with that being said. We love this!! The griddle is nice and big and perfect size for us. I was concerned how the smoker was gong to work with not many references to go off of how their smokers work. But I have used it a couple of times and it works really well. It puts off a decent amount of smoke and leaves a really good flavor. With it being a vertical smoker it also opens up a lot of prep space for the griddle which was a huge bonus as well. I would definitely recommend this unit.
