1st of all the packaging was perfect. Heavy duty cardboard that really held up. 2nd the silverware container has more spaces than my last one. 3r the dish rack is set so the dishes are very slanted and the very large dinner dishes even fit. 4th the machine does an excellent job on the dishes. The other countertop dishwasher I had, had a very reflective interior which made it easier to see inside the diswasher. There is less room for cups but more room for dishes. All in all I am very happy with my machine.

[Employee of walmartcanada] I was hesitant about purchasing this dishwasher as I had a counter top dishwasher before that did not work well, often requiring dishes to be run through three or four times to get them clean. I am actually quite pleased with how well this machine works. I've only had to rewash a single load due to my own error - I placed a long spoon across the area between the utensil basket and the door which caused the detergent compartment to fail to open. Other than this, the machine has operated flawlessly and as well as a full sized dishwasher. My sole complaint is that some of my larger plates will not fit as the machine is too short for them unless I wash just a few at a time. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone on a budget or with a small kitchen. I have placed mine on a wheeled microwave stand, turning it into a portable dishwasher with built in storage for dishes and the like.
