A versatile bench and a good value

The item is nice and feels pretty sturdy. It's light enough to easily move, but heavy enough to support bench and chest presses and it works well with the squat cage. For the money, the Lite Balance Form bench is great. The one con is that the tongue that holds up the back seems a bit small. However, with any weight on it, it will not move or come out.

Brought this for my 15yr old son and he loves it. He is working out everyday now. This bench is very sturdy and comfortable. I'm 226lbs and I have no issues at all when I use it. I love how I can adjust the back. I personally don't like laying down while lifting weights so I can easily adjust the back to sit straight up. Feels really good on my back. It's also very easy to assemble. Took me only 45mins to an hour. Overall I give it 5 stars and more.
