I bought this at the end of august 2022 and by the beginning of 2023 I couldn't use it much anymore because it started disconnecting from the Wi-Fi after a few minutes of cleaning. For the most part I liked it a lot while it worked. It does a decent job of getting up dirt and hair, better on hard floors than carpet, but still decent on carpet. You'll need to still use a regular vacuum occasionally on the carpets for a deeper clean, especially if you have pets like I do. The biggest annoyance is the front sweeper brushes falling off a lot. They click back into place but they come off too easily. It would've gotten 4 stars if it still worked

You get what you pay for! I have had this for a month now and it works but its performance is not very good. The mapping feature does not work well it just hits the same area over and over again. It can't find the dock at the end of cleaning and the battery life is very short. It's extremely loud with a high pitch noise and I'm hard of hearing. It does not clean that well either. I can say this because I own a Roborock unit and its so much better than the ION save your money and buy a quality unit this one falls way short on performance and features. I wish I never bought this thing.
