Good in Theory

This is a good deal in theory, however things don't work right. I am not sure if it is the drivers or just bad ports but all USB ports have disconnection issues. The kicker is Gateway does not have the drivers readily available on their website and will instead post a temporary link when you ask about them. What kind of company does that? If the USB ports worked as intended this would be an amazing deal. This is nothing against the seller, they were fast at shipping and had it packed really nicely. I would honestly consider an alternative option until Gateway can figure out the issues and get them fixed. I have had this for over a year now, so doubt I could get it fixed, however this has happened since I bought the laptop.

don't buy refurbished from Walmart

it comes from a third party seller the product key is inactive Microsoft and Walmart will do nothing for you except tell you to return it or buy a new product key that was not the deal or what was advertised I will never do this again this is a disgrace and a lie you lied to me as a customer
