This actually worked great. I let the water boil, then took it off the stove like the directions said then took the mouth guard out, licked my lips before putting it in my mouth and bit down hard as well as formed it with my fingers against my gums, then ran it under a cold tap It worked perfect, first try. I was worried to get this from the reviews but it worked great You can also cut off any extra stuff on the sides you don't want there this thing is great actually

I wear this while sleeping to protect my teeth. it's a fraction of the cost of devices labeled for that purpose. i had to repeat the fitting process several times and trimmed it with scissors to fit, but it's a good product at a good price and delivery made it convenient.
