The Knock Out® Family of Roses 'The Pink Double Knock Out® Rose' Live Shrub in 1-Gallon Grower Pot

I've purchased Knockout plants before but never seen such poor looking plants. Ordered these on Walmart's website since we couldn't find them in the store. When I opened the boxes and bags they were shipped in, leaves were laying in the pots and bags. Potting soil was also dumped out of the pots due to shipping. I will never order another plant online again. Such a waste of time and money. To return them, I have a 30 minute drive one way so there's more wasted money. Buy at your own risk but don't expect to receive what the pictures show. The other plant is slightly better but looks rough.

I was so excited when my box arrived today, however, soon turned to disappointment. I opened the box as instructions said from the bottom and carefully pulled the plant out only to find that the roses had no petals. They all fell on my floor and the whole plant looked wilted. Not anything like the pictures that were shown. I would hope that the plant started off in good health, but the journey may have done it in. I believe the delivery date was changed at least once. As I said, the petals were gone from the roses. The soil looked healthy, and was not super dry. The health of the plant overall was not good. The packaging was exceptional. That's why I expected a better outcome.
