I'm a single woman and I needed something I could just grab and go with, no gas or oil or spark plugs and this was a great purchase. Came very fast, super easy instructions on how to put together and use. everything was packaged correctly and very nicely. I recommend this push mower.

Phone help was not exist some fitting of handle

right away have an issue with charging battery it doesn't work as state on manual spend over hour on phone for help nobody answers so get on line to chat with 2 entities to find out it nothing wrong. I think they should edit the manual to clarify the procedure of charging this battery. The mower work great mowed front and back yard in single charge.

To charge the battery, first place battery on charger and make sure you connect the battery to the charger, you will hear an audible click or snap sound. Second, once the battery is secure, a green flashing light will indicate that the battery is charging. A solid green light indicates that the battery is fully charged. Hope this tip was helpful. No internal wiring for second battery.

The mower is good, but the description says the battery will automatically switch to the other battery for continued mowing. See description: Automatic battery switchover pulls power from the second battery once the first is depleted to eliminate downtime. This mower is not internally wired for a second battery. There is a slot, but no wiring. There is only wiring for one battery. Guess that is why is so less expensive.
