First time buying a percussion massager. I've heard a lot about it but I thought I'd try an inexpensive unit first. The unit comes in a nice case and has a lot of attachments. Some of the attachments are downright scary looking. I tried to experimenting with the different attachments but always came back to the ball and the one that looks like a point. The ball is good for general area massage and the point is great for hitting those knots. You press and hold the power button to turn on the unit and the or - steps the percussion speed up or down from 1-100. Not sure if being able to fine tune the speed to that degree is a plus but it doesn't hurt. There is a learning curve to using a percussion massager. It handles then fleshy areas of your body really well. Definitely start slowly and listen to your body. Careful when you're running it over bony areas. Depending on the attachment you use it can hurt. How is it overall? It really helped me get some knots out of my back and calves. I had to enlist the help of my significant other to get to parts of my lower back but WOWEEE-OWEE. It hurts and feels great at same time. Especially when you hit a knot. Focus on that area for a minute or two and let it work the knot out. I was sore the next day but it felt better on the subsequent weeks. Fantastic tool for the price.

This product works great, we enjoy it every time that we use it. It is so much stronger than using my hands to works on my husband's sore shoulders. It had multiple speeds and attachments for different types of muscle pain and areas of the body that need massaged. I would recommend this product every time!
