Gets dirt from the cracks!

So at first I thought this product was causing some kind of weird issue with my floor. I have a kiddo that's learned to crawl so I wanted to give her a good sanitary space. We have pre sealed hardwood. After I'd use this, there was some weird white film on the floor. Like I said, I thought the product was poo. But then my husband reminded me of a remodel we did MONTHS ago where we removed sheet rock. I shop vacuumed for days after, I regularly vacuum atleast every other day, I mop a couple times a week, so naturally I didn't think any of the sheet rock dust was left. But this steam mop worked so well it was pulling the sheet rock from the cracks between my wood panels! Highly recommend!

This is my second time purchasing this item. I love the simplicity. Hard to break it. It's just steam, no chemicals. I have two houses, which is why I have two. The older one I've had for almost 10 years. The new one is EXACTLY the same. No improvements needed. I have porcelain tile, bamboo and vinyl floors and works great on all of the surfaces.
