This “refurbished” product is in great condition! It came with all the parts, looks great, works great, came with two batteries, and such a great price for this product. Walmart still gave me a 30 day return policy and Dyson gave me a 6 month warranty on all parts. I had no problem reaching Dyson customer service to confirm that warranty info on this product. Worth trying!

Forever a Dyson fan, let's say I've had a few. I always profess that "this is the last vacuum I'll ever have to buy!" as justification for the money I'm about to spend on it. And it's true, they'll last a lifetime! But they're always going to come out with that new NEW Dyson, and like the last, I want it! This was my first time buying a refurbished Dyson, and to say I was hesitant is an understatement. The savings were undeniable, and it was Dyson doing the refurbishing, so I went for it. I mean, it's only for the rugs and so I don't have to drag the other one up and down the stairs🤷‍♀️ I was super impressed. It's definitely like new! Vaccuums honestly gross me out, but I love the satisfaction of vacuuming and dumping out all the nasties that were formerly on my floor🫣I was afraid of getting one that had been vacuuming someone else's nasties! The only indication it was anything other than new was no shiny lux Dyson box, and the manual was only a couple of pieces of printed paper. Overall, it was worth it, I would recommend it, and possibly would do it again in the future.
