Goid product. Negligent delivery damaged the item.

Good product but delivery was awful, the guy dropped the box so hard it put a big deep indentation on the back of the item. I wanted to returned it right away but I desperate need to use this microwave now and sending it back,repacking etc it will be a hassle, I hope that the bump didn't damage the motor onside.

As you can see, I love Hamilton Beach Products. I purchased the microwave, and the brew station was a gift, with NO RECEIPT for Warranty; but that’s not the issue. So, I got some K-cups recently, and wanted to use them but could not get it to fit in the filter at all. I said to myself “they lied about k-cups working too”, and ripped the top off, poured it in; only to remember 30 minutes later, THE FILTER I NEED IS IN THE OVERFLOW TRAY. Now that was a slow dial-up (brain on pause) moment...lol Thanks For Thinking Of Everything Hamilton Beach
