The Shark S8200 works great at cleaning my shiny white tile floors. It is much better than the manual spin mop and bucket because it leaves the floor nearly dry and requires far less effort. The machine does all the work. I had to buy extra pads if I clean over ~200 sq ft. Otherwise, if the pads get too soiled, it will leave light streaks behind.

Why I like the concept of having two rotating pads, the steamer is a hit and miss. You pull the trigger, the steam spitz, sputters and eventually steam is on the floor. Steam doesn't last very long before it stops, and you have to wait till steams builds back up. I also was under the impression that steam also comes out from under the pads. At least that's what you see on the box. It just shoots out the front. I bought two extra bristle pads thinking it will clean the grout, unfortunately the bristle pad stays on top and don't touch the grout. It does clean it you get a good amount of steam and time, for the money I would check out others.
