Comfort and price

If you need a chair which is comfortable for your back, I highly recommend this one for the price, comfort and ease of assembly. I have some expensive furniture but I didn't want the extra expense of buying two recliners so I bought three of these chairs. I use two in place of recliners in my living room and I use one for my computer desk chair. For the price you absolutely can't beat it. If you want an extra comfortable recliner, you might have to spend four times as much money which is ok if money isn't an issue for you.

The chair is a nice chair, however I don't think it should be rated at the weight that it is. I'm a big man over 300 lb and I had problems with one of the welds on the wheelbase it broke. I was reimbursed so the company is reliable. in that sense. for someone who is under 300 lb the chair would probably be fine so I recommend it with that caveat.

Good chair for half the advertised weight capacity

3 Stars, and yet I recommend it??? Why yes, and here is when I think it is a good chair. If you have a sub 200 lb, sub 5 feet 10 inch tall body, and you need a lower back chair that you can spend 3 to 4 hours at a time in. This chair covers you nicely under those circumstances. Now I'm a big old farmboy who's over 6 feet and hasn't seen 200 lbs since the 90s, and i still can pull a few hours in it. The back is too low, and when I recline, the chair feels like the right side of the back is further back than the left. So it feels like it's slowly trying to dump me out backwards on my right shoulder. There is no back adjustment, it attaches via the arms, and it's crooked, so that is probably what that feeling is. The building is just like all the others, handful of screws, included allen wrench, and away you go. Most of us can build these blindfolded at this point. Watch the arrow stickers, mine ended up pointing TOWARD each other instead of both pointing towards the front. *When building, set the seat mount/lever so the lever will be under your right side* The hydraulic cylinder is fine, plenty strong, base is good, arms are soft, it's a nice chair, but I would put money on this thing flying apart like a cartoon explosion under a 400lb load.
