Be careful while unpacking

Arrived well packed and took about an hour to assemble. My only complaint is the little nuts on the screws holding the hinges all came off during shipping and wound up in various places inside the box. It would be best not to unpack this anywhere that you could not find small nuts that are supposed to already attached to small bolts. Don't toss any craft paper used to protect the finish until all small nuts are located. As with any other cooking appliance, there is a learning curve to maintain desired heat and cooking conditions. After learning, this product works well. I made enough smoked ribs and corn on the cob to satisfy 4 people, so the size is suitable for a family. Following the care and seasoning instructions, I don't see a problem with this lasting many years.
