Flowerhouse Soccerball Hanging Chair W/Stand

Bought this chair for my 11 year old son who's almost 5'6". He fits in it and curled up to read his book and to do his homework. My husband who's 6" sat in it with no problem and said it was very comfortable. Was a little hard to assemble by myself to get it open and insert the pins to keep it open. Had to have my husband help with the last two pins. The only problem with this chair is I can't get my son out of it. He even took a nap in it and asked to spend the night "camping out".

Let me begin by saying that this is a very comfortable chair and my grandson enjoys it. However, the last 4 screws were very difficult to get in because the holes would not line up. Furthermore, the directions were worthless. There was no explanation on how to install the 3 hanging straps. I thought they had sent extra straps so i just used one strap on the initial assembly. That strap broke within two weeks. I finally found a youtube video showing all 3 straps were supposed to be used so i put the remaining 2 straps on. Two weeks later those straps are fraying and I’m afraid they are also going to break. If they do, I will have no way to hang the chair
