Most of my life I could drink cows milk but recently became lactose intolerant. I got this to help keep almond milk in my refrigerator. I never knew how complex making almond milk can be. I learned the process. Its not very hard. There are just steps and prep work that go into making your own almond milk. This milk maker has made this process as simple as it can get. It came with the milk maker in addition to a cleaning brush and milk bag! Top tier! Thank you! I use the cleaning brush on my metal sieves now as well. I tried to skip the milk bag process but quickly learned the milk bag is important and Im so glad it came with one! I appreciate this milk making machine so much more now because I understand what it takes to make a good cup of almond milk. I cant keep the almond milk in the refrigerator cuz Im too busy drinking it all up! Ive made some of the best matcha almond milk lattes! It also comes with a measuring cup!

so far this is absolutely fantastic! ive tried the heat feature for making oatmilk, which was ok, and the room temp almond milk, which tastes fantastic but had more waste left behind. i wish there were recipes for making creamer (a thicker consistency at least). i did try making oat milk creamer by adding 1/4 cup more oats than the recipe called for, but they ended up slimy. just like if you over blend using a regular blender. i wont use it for smoothies, as I have about 3 other different blending type machines, but this works great. i hope it lasts!
