Great time saver !

I got this a month or so ago. My wife and I are empty-nesters, so I have a smaller grill, but I use it a lot. I have cast iron grates, and they require a little more maintenance. With this chimney, I can get the coals going while at the same time cleaning and oiling the grill grates. Then just pour in the coals and I'm set. It's perfect size for my grill, and heats the coals faster than in the grill. Also great for adding coals for long-cooking things like whole chickens or ribs.

My dissatisfaction is due to the poor communication on the fees incurred for orders under 35 dollars. I had this item in my hand, if it had been clearly communicated that there would be additional fees due to my order being under a minimum dollar amount. I would have known to just grab it right in the store because that would have been the cheaper route, but this was not communi c ated effectively during the order process.
