It pays to buy quality pans!

Wilton makes only quality products. These pans were a gift for a young bride whose cheap pans were discolored, scratched, bent and rusting—which is not something you want to cook your food on. Wilton pans are heavy duty, and the coating will hold up to regular use for many years.

These baking tins are well made with a thick Teflon coating that should hold up well. They were packed carefully so the coatings weren't scratched at all during shipment. I haven't used them yet but I am an experienced cook and can tell I will get good use out of them.

Best baking products commercially available!!

Best product commercially available. I only buy Wilton products for baking. They last for years. I have never trusted any other cooking products for consisted evenly heating and browning. They are well worth the cost when used properly. That means lowering the oven temp by about 25-50 degrees for not having shiny,bright cooking surface. I used to buy professially available pans but they still failed tocook evenly and my oven is level and the temperature is evenly balanced and monitored every time checked. I keep the oven spotlessly cleaned so there is no mix om smells from lasanga or meatloaf to cakes or cookies or pies. I figure that that the effort and pride i put into my baked products is worth the time and work keeping the oven as clean as possible so I don't get complaints or negative comments from the people I bake for.
