Actually a nice scooter

I'm leaving this review because a lot of people left bad reviews and it's really a great scooter. The main complaint seems to be about using the app and security features,but I bought the scooter for $150 on Black Friday and don't plan on using the app and so far it's a great scooter. Works great. Battery lasts hours and goes about 17 mph. It's worth it.

This e-scooter is honestly far from recommended unless your usage is very limited. The Bluetooth problem is a nightmare—it freezes constantly, and when it hangs, absolutely nothing works. You're forced to just sit there and wait for the battery to drain, which is unbelievable for a product in this price range. It's shocking that such a basic flaw hasn't been fixed. Overall, the scooter is only “okay” at best, but the reliability issues make it a frustrating and disappointing choice. Buyers should think twice before spending their money on this.

Dangerous, rough ride

With no shock absorbers it is an extremely rough ride. Not good for adults or children. Very dangerous. I am sorry to have bought 2 for me and my husband to get around. When I went to return them, they would only accept 1. leaving us with a scooter I cant use and wouldn't even want to give away or sell because I think it is dangerous. That being said I did purchase another model from Walmart with a seat and I love it.
