most big tubs usually takes inane amount of scoops,with this,says 22 servings at 24g of protein per scoop, i use 2 for 48... if training this is alot more convenient. i also advise to get 2... realistically gym goers etc probably would need 2... im surprised other than the low cal. i like it.
