Chefman Rapid Boil 1.2L Electric Tea Kettle

The Chefman Rapid Boil 1.2L Electric Tea Kettle heats .5 liter to boil in less than 2 minutes. I use it for my instant coffee. At boiling it will scald 1/2 and 1/2 and you will get a floating film on your coffee. I checked my Mr Coffee and it was around 175 degrees. I use my food thermometer and turn this off at 175. It still raises up to 185. That makes my coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 just right with no film on it. The only thing I would do different if I ever buy another one is look for one with a thermostat control.

Very useful

Good investment for me. Heats quickly. Turns off quickly. Swivels on stand so is not difficult for me to pickup. My moringa tea is quickly made in sleepy eyed mornings. Like way cord is length adjustable. Safer.
