Includes the stethoscope , n em cuff with huge and instructions and everything fits nicely in a storage cuff. This is a manual blood pressure monitor so it helps if you have had experience taking blood pressure this way before. Fortunately I have so I found this easy to use. Definitely love the case to put everything in. This is nice to have at home as my husband is not in the best of health. It does come with complete instructions on how to take blood pressure with it. One advantage to it being manual is np worried about battery failure or anything - the blood pressure cuff I had before always seemed to be out of batteries when I used it. All in all this is very nice product to have.
