Resistance Strap review

Each band is clearly labeled with pounds of resistance as well as color coded. Each band has carabiners on each end. Handles are easy on the hands. The bands are of a good length making it easy to "double up" the length by wrapping is around a sturdy post. The door gizmo was also nice and easy to use. I would have liked to see the selection of resistance higher - 30-70 lbs rather than the 10-50 lbs. I doubt the 10's and 20' will ever be used. All the bands and handles, etc. fit into a light weight nylon bag (included). The nylon type material is very light so I'm not sure how long it will last, but it is a nice touch.
