I have no idea how to rate this. My item...wasn't packaged. What if I wasn't home or it was raining out? The product is great and delivery was brought to my side door for some reason but my HUGE complaint is ... Why wasn't it at least put in a box?? Just a Walmart bag. Just a little sticker on the tag of the stuffed animal which in actually unappreciated because they're collectable. I'm genuinely just shocked.
