These work great! I use these enzyme pills almost every time I eat a full meal, especially when I am eating out. I am sensitive to some ingredients; such as high fat cream and cheese, veggies like onions, tomatoes and chile, fried greasy foods, etc. I take between 2 and 4 at the beginning of the meal, depending how worrying the food looks. I have no trouble, ever, as long as I keep these little babies on hand. They're affordable and very much worth the trouble. I recommend them to everyone , especially those who are growing older and it seems like you can't eat certain foods anymore.
