My MS Specialist said that completing color/paint/sticker by number projects are beneficial to those with MS, indicating that they promote neuro-plasticity. Apparently they are beneficial to many brain injuries and these projects promote neuro-plasticity. I enjoy projects like that, and I especially appreciate that these markers are non-toxic, and that they're washable. We have cats, including a young kitten, who has recently been ill. That gives me peace of mind, and there's no way to put a price on that. Knowing that these are easily portable, that they and that they are organized just as easily, and that they can not going to harm my kitten if she happens to get into them.

I got this for my 3 year old so we can take it with us when we go places to keep her occupied and it's been great, however my only complaint would be that it can be hard to get some of the markers back into their slots, but other than that I recommend this item.
