Good for the price

Screen size is great. Graphics are eazy on the eyes. Sound is eazy to adjust. Only problem I've had is that it doesn't always connect to the internet when I want and have to restart it. It doesn't happen very often though.

Not reliable long term

This was a great laptop until it wasn't. I use it mainly at home and for work when I go out of town. The battery life went down very quickly. Purchased in November 2021 and now in August of 2024 the computer will not stay on unless it's plugged in. I may look into replacing the battery, but what a hassle. I purposely didn't add anything really personal to it at all. No pictures or anything. I had some issues with it over the years where the screen was just black but it was clearly on. I would have to hard restart it a lot. I could deal with those little things, but can't deal with bad battery life. Less than 1 minute and it shuts off even at 100% charge.
