WAY BETTER when gold foil is removed!

I wasn't that thrilled with this mini lamp until I removed the gold foil that was on the inside of the shade. It took some time as I needed to be careful not to destroy the shade but it was worth it. It's obvious that the foil isntmeant to come off but it really does nothing for the lamp which is now so much brighter. The lamp is easy to charge and the touch on/off and 3 color light feature is a nice touch.
